At CloudClo, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. Below, you will find our delivery terms:

These delivery terms apply to all customers. Customers located within the European Union are protected by applicable EU consumer law. For customers located outside the European Union, delivery is provided under international shipping terms as outlined below.

Delivery Areas & Time

We deliver to addresses across Denmark, the European Union, and selected international destinations

For customers in Denmark, the estimated delivery time is 1-4 business days from order confirmation. For EU and international customers, the estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, peak periods, customs procedures, or external factors beyond CloudClo’s control.

Shipping Costs

For orders over €85 (635 DKK), shipping is on us. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee will be applied at checkout. The shipping fee depends on the customer's chosen courier service. Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other local charges are not included unless explicitly stated. CloudClo is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by unpaid customs charges.

Delivery Methods

We partner with trusted courier services such as GLS and PostNord to ensure your package arrives safely and on time. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey from our warehouse to your address.

Pre-Orders at CloudClo

When placing a pre-order at CloudClo, you reserve a product that is not yet in stock. Payment is charged at the time of purchase unless otherwise is stated. The estimated delivery time is specified in the product description but may vary due to external factors. In case of delays, you will be notified via email. By completing a pre-order, you accept our terms and conditions.
